Kevin Cummins

Serves as Estimator/Project Manager for the Central and Southern California Regions.

Kevin has over 25 years in the Construction Industry. Starting as a Carpenters Apprentice and working his way into Supervisorial roles as a Project Superintendent, Project Manager and Eventually Company Owner. During his career Kevin has demonstrated his ability to gain the clients trust and with business,providing outstanding customer service and delivering projects on time and within budget.

His duties with Pacific Coast Building Specialties include Estimating, Project Management, Client Interactions and New Sales.  Email Kevin

 

 


Rebecca Brown

Rebecca

Rebecca Brown – Office manager for PCBS, Inc.

In this position, she is responsible for client/supplier relationships, financial duties, contract administration, payroll and assisting estimators for bid requirements. Rebecca has over 15 years experience in the construction industry on the Central Coast- working for large general contractors, and successful subcontractors in the commercial and public works arena. She also adds family construction experience to her background, making her commitment to the community very strong.
